Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days from the date you received the item.
  • Certain products, including customized or clearance items, are not eligible for return. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

How to Return an Item

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: To start the return process, please email our customer service team at contact@jolydale.net within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Repackage and Ship: Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging. Include the RA number and your order details inside the return package. Ensure that the item is returned in the same condition as when it was received.
  4. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving the product) by emailing contact@jolydale.net. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or full refund. Please include photos of the damage or defect to help expedite the process.

Non-Refundable Items

Unfortunately, some items cannot be returned or refunded. These include:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Final sale or clearance items (as marked on the product page)
  • Items that have been used, assembled, or are no longer in their original condition.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please return the original item and place a new order.

Return Shipping Fees

Unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
