Orders and Shipping

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while expedited options may arrive sooner.

Creating an account with JolyDale is quick and easy. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Sign Up or Account section of our website.
  2. Enter your email address, create a password, and any other required details.
  3. Click on Create Account.
  4. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to activate your account.

Once your account is activated, you’ll be able to manage your orders, track shipments, and save shipping information for future purchases.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t yet been processed or shipped, we can update your address. Please email us at contact@jolydale.net with your order number and the new address.

Unfortunately, once an order is shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. Please double-check your address at checkout to ensure it is correct.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order through the carrier’s website. If you have an account with us, you can also log in to view the status of your order directly.

For your security and privacy, we do not store your credit card information. When you make a purchase, your payment details are processed through a secure third-party payment provider, and they are not retained by us after the transaction is complete. You can safely place orders with confidence knowing your payment information is protected.

Sales tax is charged based on your shipping address and in accordance with the applicable laws in your state or country. If sales tax is applicable to your order, it will be automatically calculated during checkout and added to your total.

Yes, we offer international shipping to a variety of countries! During the checkout process, you can select your country and see available shipping options. If your country is not listed, please contact us at contact@jolydale.net to inquire about shipping options.

We strive to ship your items together in one package whenever possible. However, depending on the size, weight, and availability of products, your order may arrive in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package if this occurs.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving them. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@jolydale.net with your order number and a reason for the return. We sincerely apologize for any mistakes with your order. If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@jolydale.net. Be sure to include your order number and a description of the incorrect item you received. We will assist you in getting the correct item sent to you as quickly as possible.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@jolydale.net with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll work to resolve the issue by either sending you a replacement or processing a full refund, depending on your preference.

Please report any damaged items within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure a smooth resolution.

Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with detailed return instructions and the address to send your items to. Please make sure to follow the return process outlined in the instructions to avoid delays in processing your return.

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, which means once an order is submitted, it cannot always be changed or canceled. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

If you want to cancel an order after it has shipped, you will need to go through our return process once the item arrives.

At this time, we do not offer pre-orders for sold-out items. If an item is currently unavailable, we recommend signing up for our email notifications or checking back regularly to see when the item is back in stock. We work hard to replenish inventory quickly and will notify you when the item is available again.
